Why Setup Matters

M365 misconfigured is worse than no M365.

Microsoft 365 is straightforward to purchase. The setup is not. Email deliverability depends entirely on DNS records most people have never heard of — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Without them, your outgoing email goes to spam. Recipients don't tell you this. You just stop hearing back.

Beyond deliverability, there's domain verification, MX record propagation, mailbox creation, Outlook profile configuration, and security settings that should be enabled from day one. It's 10–15 steps most people get through 8 of before something quietly breaks.

Do I need to buy M365 before booking setup?
You can book setup at the same time as purchasing a plan through us — that's the cleanest flow. If you already have an M365 subscription elsewhere, contact us first and we'll confirm whether the setup service applies.
What if I have more than 5 users?
The $179 flat rate covers up to 5 mailboxes. For larger teams, we'll quote based on the number of users and any additional complexity. Contact us before booking.
Can you migrate email from Gmail or another provider?
Yes. We support migration from Gmail, Outlook.com, cPanel/IMAP email, and most standard mail providers. Large migrations (years of email, multiple accounts) may take additional time and may affect pricing — we'll confirm before starting.
Will my email go down during the switch?
For short periods during DNS propagation — typically under an hour. We time the MX record switch carefully and verify the new mailboxes are receiving before cutting over. We'll walk you through what to expect.
