Host Marauder started from a straightforward observation: small businesses were getting sold hosting plans they couldn't properly configure, with no one to help them get it right. They'd end up with a half-working site, an SSL certificate they didn't know how to install, and email that went to spam.

The hosting itself was usually fine. The problem was everything around it — the DNS settings, the WordPress configuration, the security layer, the ongoing updates. That's where things fell apart. That's what we handle.
