Resold Products

Hosting plans, domain registrations, Microsoft 365 subscriptions, SSL certificates, and other products offered through our storefront are fulfilled and maintained by our infrastructure provider. Your use of these services is subject to their terms of service and acceptable use policy in addition to ours.

Professional Services

Website builds, setup services, migrations, care plans, and security services are provided directly by Host Marauder. Scope, pricing, and deliverables for these services are agreed upon separately prior to commencement.

3. Accounts & Registration

To purchase hosting or other resold products, you will create an account through our platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Payment & Billing

Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Promotional pricing applies only for the initial term unless otherwise stated. Renewals are billed at the then-current rate.

Billing Cycles

Hosting and subscription products are available on monthly or annual billing cycles as selected at checkout. Annual plans typically offer a reduced effective monthly rate.

Renewal

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

Professional Services Payment

Setup services and one-time project fees are due prior to work commencing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you upload to your hosting account. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your content as necessary to provide the services.

Website Builds

For custom website design and development projects, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms including our infrastructure provider (hosting and product fulfillment) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions by these providers that affect service availability.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, website performance, or business outcomes from the use of our services or websites we build.

Hosting uptime is subject to the service level commitments of the underlying infrastructure provider. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate known outages but are not responsible for downtime caused by their infrastructure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Host Marauder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Host Marauder and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your content hosted on our platform
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
